Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items, including tinctures and salves. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our small-batch herbal goods.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll be happy to replace it or issue a store credit.
Unopened Items:
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received in original condition, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Custom Orders & Sale Items:
All custom blends and discounted items are final sale.
